How to Measure
To measure your head for a helmet, use a measuring tape and place it around the widest part of your head—typically just above the ears and about a half inch above the eyebrows. Measure multiple times to ensure accuracy.
A properly fitted helmet should feel snug on your head. If it shifts or moves while riding, the helmet is too large.
