At Savile Speed Co., we want you to be confident in every purchase. If youโ€™re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange process.


๐Ÿ”„ Return Eligibility

  1. Time Frame:ย If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can submit a request for return or email us to request a return. Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.ย Once approved, the item must be shipped within 7 calendar days of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issuance. Returns shipped outside this window may be refused.
  2. Condition: Products must be new, unwashed, unused, and in theirย original packaging and wrapping with all tags and labels intact. Returned items must be in resellable condition. Items showing signs of use, wear, installation, or damage will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
  3. If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the packaging and item so we can review the issue and guide you through the next steps in accordance with our terms and conditions.


Exclusions:

  • Products marked as Final Sale
  • Opened electronic items (e.g., communication systems, heated gear)
  • Undergarments for hygiene reasons
  • Installed or used parts


๐Ÿ” Exchanges

To ensure the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the item you would like and returning the original for a refund. This guarantees availability and a quicker turnaround. Exchanges are available only for items of equal or lesser value.For orders over $70 CAD, we will cover the cost of exchange shipping.Please note that exchanges are subject to inventory availability and cannot be guaranteed.

๐Ÿ“ Fit and Product Preference

Fit, sizing, comfort, colour variation, noise levels, ventilation, weight, and aesthetic preference areย subjective and do not constitute defects. Returns based on personal preference are accepted only if the item meets all return eligibility requirements.

๐Ÿ›‘ Helmet Safety Disclaimer

For safety reasons, helmets that have been worn, installed, dropped, or used in any way are not eligible for return, even if no visible damage is present. Any helmet showing signs of use will be rejected.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Submit a return request via your order confirmation/shipping confirmation email. You can also email us at info@savilespeed.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Your request will be reviewed within 1-2 business days. Weโ€™ll issue aย Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Returns sent without an approved RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
  3. Return Address: Provided once your return is authorized.
  4. Ship Item: Send the item securely using a trackable shipping method. Return item(s) must be shipped within 7 calendar days of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issuance. Returns shipped outside this window may be refused.
  5. Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days after inspection.


๐Ÿšš Return Shipping

  1. Prepaid Labels: For small items, we provide a prepaid return label at our subsidized rate, which will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Label Validity: Return labels are valid for 7 days. Returns not shipped within this period will be considered canceled, and the label will be voided.
  3. Ship the Item Yourself: Please return the item with a tracked shipping service if you choose to ship them yourself. We will provide a return address upon request.
  4. Overseas Returns: Please mark the parcel as โ€œReturned Goods โ€“ Canadian Goods Returningโ€ to avoid unnecessary duties. Any duties or brokerage fees incorrectly applied to the return may be deducted from the refund.
  5. Return Packaging:ย All returns must be sent back in their original packaging, including the outer shipping box or packaging. Helmets and other items are never shipped without proper protection, and the same standard is required for returns. Items returned without an outer box or packaging will be rejected and refunds denied.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

  1. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  2. If you opted for a prepaid return label, the shipping costย will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Missing packaging, manuals, accessories, or protective materials may result in partial refunds or return denial at our discretion.
  4. All If the item is found to be used, damaged, or missing components, aย 15% - 30%ย restocking fee may apply or the return may be denied. Photo evidence may be provided regarding the decision.
  5. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

All returned items will be inspected. Items that donโ€™t meet return criteria may be returned back to you at your expense.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit future transactions for customers exhibiting excessive returns, abuse of the return policy, or suspected fraud.

All refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Savile Speed Co. is not responsible for exchange rate differences, foreign transaction fees, or bank processing delays.
