How to Measure
To measure your head for a helmet, use a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your head, usually just above the ears and about half an inch above the eyebrows.
Measure more than once to confirm the number. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.
A properly fitted helmet should feel snug around your head without painful pressure points. If it shifts easily while riding, the helmet is too large.
